Excel Cash Flow- Scam Warning

Excel Cash Flow- Scam Warning

Here we go again, Excel Cash Flow has recently popped up on my radar. This scam has been around for at least a year now and there’s a few reasons why it’s still picking the pockets of people looking to make money online.  I will give you my perspective into why I feel the Excel Cash Flow creators test the boundaries of being an outright scam.

This supposedly lucrative money making opportunity offers up quite a few similarities to programs that I have reviewed and have rated as scams in the past, programs such as Work At University,  Home Job Institute and the Online Riches University, for instance the reported owner of Excel Cash Flow is stated as Cami White, why does she look familiar?

Cami White                                                                                                    Mary Johnson

 Owner – Online Riches University

Owner – Excel Cash Flow

Unless they are twins I would say this is a picture of Cami White and Mary Johnson are one in the same! Mary Johnson was pitched as  the owner of the Online Riches University and Cami White who is reportedly the owner of Excel Cash Flow, hmmm, and we have just started digging!

Excel Cash Flow Uses Misleading Advertising!

I will give you a little insight into my journey into the Excel Cash Flow program, every step of the way shows more and more clues into why I rate the Excel Cash Flow program in my scam category.

Have a look at the top of this screen shot, these scammers are getting better at skirting around the regulations and that’s why this program has actually lasted as long as it has. Even though this appears to be a column in a newspaper they have in added a disclosure in very small print at the top of this fake press release stating that this isn’t a real newspaper. They also use the typical high profile news network stations logos to make it appear that their story has been broadcasted on these popular media giants,  which is obviously false!

What would a good scam be like without your usual limited amount of spaces available warning! The first screenshot was taken 10 seconds before I clicked through to buy the Excel Cash Flow Program and magically it changed from 3 positions available to one in my area, I live in a town that has a population of 10,000 people I am quite confident in less than 10 seconds 2 of the 3 spots hadn’t been filled, scam advertising once again!excel 5

OK, I Will Bite! What Jobs Are Available?

Turns out the Excel Cash Flow Scam is another link posting scheme where hypothetically you can make a pile of money posting links for companies, they actually state that you can make $15 for every link you post, which once again is an exaggeration!

Link posting has been around for some time now and has been pitched as a money making idea which if you didn’t know any better sounds realistic especially when Excel Cash Flow throughs around big online players that are in need of your services such as Amazon, IBM, Apple and many more. I did stumble onto one Excel Cash Flow advertisement that stated there were typing and data entry jobs available ” NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED”  I am not quite sure how that works doing data entry and typing when you don’t know how!

Why Link Posting Won’t Make You Rich!

Link posting in the early Internet days was a technique widely used by companies trying to gain traffic but as Google and other search engines moved to a more educational and authoritative experience for it’s users they have put measures in place to stop link posting leaving this technique very ineffective which of course these big players know. Does it still happen? Yes, but with very limited results and I stress “very limited”. The chances of you posting links and having them stay anywhere are virtually zero. You can’t post links in forums, they ban you from participating and remove your link, how then do you reach an audience? Facebook may be, limited audience and even they are cracking down, Google plus may be an option but once again you run out of link locations and when you add up your time to income ratio it’s dismal at best.

What’s The Cost To Join Excel Cash Flow?

Well if you’re crazy enough to buy into this scam it will cost you $97 and more than likely get in with their discounted rate of $27

My Final Thoughts

I don’t feel this is a real opportunity to make an income online, I am not sure if this can even qualify as a chance to make a single dime online, what I can tell you Excel Cash Flow uses too many shady advertising practices that make this program scream scam! If I can tell my readers only one thing that would be, if you are looking to make money online, or looking for a career that pays extremely well, look into affiliate marketing as a online money making opportunity,  this is the direction that large online and offline retailers such as  Amazon and Home Depot are heading, it’s what I do for a living and it’s real!

  3. I signed up online to make money from home, the advertising stated that a payment of 97.00 would be required so I signed up, then it prompted me to pay $19.97 to learn how. Paid a total of 116.97 this transaction occurred on 7/22/2015. There was a 60 day refund guarantee. On August 25th I called into the customer service center and requested a refund, I was told it would be refunded to my credit card in 5 to 7 days. 10 days later I called back asking about my refund, I was told they were unable to process the refund to my credit card and a check had been mailed to me on Sept. 1, I should be receiving with in 5 to 7 days. On September 15th I called in again and was told that the Sept 1 check was stopped and that a check was processed on September 11th, I should receive in 7 to 10 days. On September 21 I called in, was told that the check was not mailed out spoke with a supervisor Jonnie employee number 0142 and she said the check was not mailed that they are refunding the money to my credit card with in 24 hours. Today I called in to again inquire and was hung up on, when I tried to call back I got music then silence and was hung up on three times, when I called back with my called id blocked it went right through. I filed a complaint about the business with the FTC this morning. The gentleman I spoke with today would not let me talk to a Supervisor or Manager, he indicated to me that the check was processed on Sept 11, and I just need to wait. This is the 4th story I was told. I asked why was I told it would be processed on my credit card, all he said was he was sorry and I should receive the check from the 11th, that it takes 7 to 10 days. I informed him that I was told the check did not go out, and it is over 7 to 10 days. He said to me a Manager would call me back today and then basically hung up on me. I’m not holding my breath for a Manager to call me. Filed Complaint with FTC and BBB
