Is Power Lead System A Scam? A Revealing Review

Is Power Lead System A Scam? A Revealing Review

Power Lead System is pitched as another” business in a box”. By the end of this revealing Power Lead System review you will have a good idea whether this program is for you, hey, maybe this will be the one program that will make your online money making aspirations a reality! Sit back,  get out that bag of potato chips and enjoy the read.

A Little Background On The Power Lead System

michael-price-cofounder-power-lead-systemWho’s the owner of Power Lead System?

If you read some of the reviews out there they will tell you Rob Fore is the PLS frontman, ummmm, No! Rob Fore is a big time marketer who promotes PLS  but he is not the creator of this program. The actual creators are Neil Guess and Michael Price.

Michael Price – From what I have dug up Michael Price is a former trainer in the Anthony Robbins company and the founder/CEO of Priceless Possibilities so I guess I would say he has some very nice credentials and credibility.

Neil Guess –  Couldn’t find a whole lot on Neil Guess only that he is an Internet Marketer based in Tacoma Washington.

How Long Has The Power Lead System been in Operation?

PLS has been in operation for roughly 2 years , pre launched in 2013, not very long when you compare it to more established programs. Longevity is something you need to look at when you consider joining a program like PLS, if they have stood the test of time then there’s a chance that it could be the real deal, with PLS it’s a little too soon to use the “test of time theory” as an indicator for success.

What Exactly Is The Power Lead System?

This program is pitched as a business in a box. The Power Lead System  is a marketing system that provides access to what they say are the” most powerful marketing tools available”. The key here is they provide access to marketing tools,  they haven’t actually created these marketing tools that I am aware of but have put this group of tools together giving you access to purchase the right to use them or resell this package to others.

What’s The Benefit To Joining The Power Lead System?

If you buy into the PLS sales pitch then you are joining the Power Lead System to enjoy the benefits of having access to this suite of premium marketing tools conveniently packaged all at your fingertips, no need to run around looking for marketing tools to run your online business.  For a monthly fee of roughly $24 bucks a month you can have the right to sell this suite of marketing tools to the public,  I personally have never been one to buy the right to sell I prefer it the other way round where people pay me to sell products, personal preference, either way you can make money!

What’s The Cost Of A Membership In The Power Lead System?multi-level-marketing-levels

To be a member in PLS it will cost you $30 a month, if you don’t want to be a member and just sell the PLS tool package this privilege will cost you $24 bucks a month and you will still get commissions. When you actually do the math,  a membership in the PLS program is worth $6 and after that really you are paying for the right to sell marketing tools.

What I Did Like About PLS

I would say they do have an interesting commission structure if you have the experience to recruit and promote their product line. Their tool suite is what I would consider to be of good value.

PowerLeadSystem3The Power Lead System Is An MLM Offering

The Power Lead System has all the traits of an MLM.  People that don’t know what an MLM is,  here is a quick overview. An MLM is a program that promotes the sale of products  but puts an emphasis on recruitment for a large part of their revenue structure , I believe this is the case with the Power Lead System. For every person you can coax into PLS you will receive $20 putting the focus squarely on the benefit of getting recruitment commissions, this is what qualifies PLS as a MLM in my opinion.

A Few Things To Consider!

If you are joining the Power Lead System join it for the right reasons, join because they have a sound recruitment system in place that brings people through the door so you can make your referral commissions not relying solely on the sale of internet marketing tools to make revenue. PLS has stiff competition in the marketing tool niche with established programs such as Pure Leverage and My Lead Systems Pro, Elite Marketing Pro and many others offering very similar and frankly,  better product lines.

The Power Lead System is just one of thousands of MLM opportunities. Unfortunately  most MLM participants fail at making any significant income for the simple reason they lack the knowledge to reach a broad market. I feel more people would find success with MLM’s if they invested a little time, not much, learning affiliate marketing.

Bottom line is,  you need a website and the knowledge on how to market your MLM to a broad audience, if you don’t have a website you might as well be a door to door salesman selling to friends and family which limits your earning potential. When people run out of relatives and acquaintances they are out of options.

  1. Hello Mike! Is there no cost at all, no upselling to become a part of Wealthy Affiliate? How long has this company been around?

    1. Hi Felicia, no there is absolutely no up selling in WA. If you join as a free member you can stay as long as you like and access quite a bit of info, build two websites and get all the training you need to participate in affiliate marketing. WA shows you how to build affiliate relationships and promote products online for commissions, I started affiliate marketing using the same free training you would take.

WA does have a premium platform that they do offer when you start for a discount which gives you everything they have to offer with no extras costs, it runs $49 a month and that gives you unlimited websites and things like that, but you don’t need to buy into that membership unless you feel you want all the extras that come with it.

I always tell people that contact me to take advantage of any free training doesn’t matter where it is, free knowledge is good. I personally rammed around and took advantage of any free training I could, some of the free training was very frustrating and was only designed to sell you something but WA’s free training is actually very useful and you have an affiliate business by the time you are done.

There’s some really good free training out there that saves you a ton of money in the long run, in the end you will need to pay for some tools and training doesn’t matter what program you enter it will cost something to participate in the “make money online game” so don’t let anyone tell you there is a totally free offer, there isn’t!

Why I like WA. their free training is really free and offers value, you can decide when you are done if you need more and you will also know what you do need when you are done, they don’t push anything on you, nor do they offer affiliate links to tools or services that they make money off of which is rather refreshing.

The community is great because they are always telling you where you can find free services such as Canva if you want to build logos or headers for websites and such. Mailchimp for email marketing for example is a free service if you have under 2000 subscribers. You don’t need to go out and put yourself in a big hole when your income isn’t there yet, when I started I used all free services until my income started to grow and only then did I start to invest in more advanced tools. I don’t use many paid services doesn’t matter how much money I make, I prefer to invest in writers for my websites so I can live a pretty chill life and still make a great living online.
Most time my time is spent researching products and answering comments such as yours.
WA has been around for roughly 15 years now I believe, I have been with WA since 2010 and watched them continue to evolve with the internet. WA is always adding new training as the internet changes. Members also get incentives to create training which is pretty cool and the writers I hire are all WA members.
There is no trial or credit info required with WA so just do the free training and go if it isn’t your thing that’s the cool thing, don’t have to worry about your credit card being charged or canceling before your trial is over because with WA your free membership don’t expire and what you build you always have access to. Hope that helps Felicia, cheers Mike.

  2. Hi Mike, thanks for this review. I just want to make sure I have this right — I would need to pay Power Lead to sell their product? So basically I am paying the person above me who pays the person above them all to sell the same product which the company didn’t even manufactor? Perhaps I am off, but is this not more like a pyramid scheme?

    1. Hi Doug, no the Power Lead System isn’t a pyramid scheme because it actually has a product to sell even though that product is in a very saturated market, thanks for your comment, have a great day Mike.

  3. I am finding it dificult to see what is the value of power lead system. Is it’s only value in promoting the system itself? Or does it help as a tool in growing your other businesses and getting leads? I have seen other companies do that and more often than not, it seems like something I would definitely avoid.

    1. Hi Jessie, the Power Lead System does revolve around recruiting other people into their system as well as getting them to buy into the tool suite offered. The tools offered in the Power Lead System are used for internet marketing the problem is PLS faces a lot of competition and it would be a very hard sell in my opinion. Hope that answers your question, cheers Mike.

  4. This is the first I have heard about Power Lead system and I would have to agree with you in regards to having someone pay me to sell rather than pay to sell something on, I am no a fan of MLM system and often feel that if you are going to benefit from this way of working you need to be in at the start, not something for me. The internet is awash with many ways to make an income sadly too many of them end up in disappointment and losing money, looking at your stats does not seem like you get much support or training with this program either.

    1. Hi Katie thank you for your comment and perspective on MLM’s. I do agree that there are so many make money online offers that it’s really hard for people to know what actually works, have a good one Mike.

  5. Mike; I have read through your review and of course there are the many who will thank you for your review while there are those who would not even finish reading it. That is how the world run.I have been into MLM but never have a website then

There are some people in my area who make good money from MLM but I did not. Would you recommend anyone to join up with a MLM company now that you are acquainted with Wealthy Affiliate?

    1. Less than 1% make any real money in MLM’s, these aren’t my stats, these stats can be found online by doing a search on MLM’s. Affiliate marketing on the other hand can be very lucrative and I have many examples of people who make a considerable income with very little time put into learning it.

Affiliate marketing you don’t have to tie yourself to any given product or service that way if you don’t like something about the product or affiliated company yo simply leave and look for an online merchant that has good conversions. This really motivates online merchants to support their affiliates with good tools, tracking and back end support or an affiliate will just move on to another online vendor.

  6. Very interesting to read about this company. While I am not into MLM companies myself, it doesn’t sound like it would be too bad to join if you know what you are doing. I did click over to your other review and Wealthy Affiliate sounds much better! I like that it is free to try! That is a huge draw in for me. And everything you talk about seems like anyone can learn! I will definitely be heading over there right away!

    1. Hi Leah, I am not against MLM offers at all, some I feel offer really nice products that you could do well with if you know how to market them. Like the health related MLM offers and essential oils for example. On the other hand the internet marketing tool MLM opportunities like Power lead System are completely saturated and your chances of making a go of it in these niche areas are very limited.

Wealthy Affiliate has been one of  my top programs for quite a few years now. I actually have more approved program reviews than negative reviews on this site but WA rises to the top because they teach you how to promote any product even MLM offers if that’s your thing.

You should never pay to promote any product just so you can receive a potential commission, they should pay you, not the opposite. Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment, much appreciated, cheers Mike.

  7. Wow, you got me thinking about Power Lead System. I don’t know much about it but sounds like network marketing. The emphases seem to be on the purchase of tools which you suppose to sell to someone else. Anyway, you kept me thinking about it until end of the page. Out of pure greed, I almost clicked to joined them.

    1. Hi Alex, the biggest thing I want my readers to draw from this review is, you don’t need to incur a lot of costs by buying tool suites that frankly you don’t need to make money online. I have made money online for years now with only 1 tools and thats a keyword tool which you can find online for free!

Just recently I have started to do some email marketing on a few of my affiliate sites but once again there are services such as “Mailchimp ” that offers free autoresponder services that you can access so your cost should be very minimal any way you look at it.

Thanks for leaving your thoughts Alex have a good one Mike.

  8. Hey Mike, I want to have an online income and this Wealthy Affiliate program interests me.
I’m from Portugal. does the system work well here and will I have some kind of limitation working from here?

    Thanks in advance!

    1. Hi Rui, Wealthy Affiliate is a platform that teaches you how to successfully promote affiliated products for some pretty nice commissions. You can participate in affiliate marketing from any region in the world as long as you have access to the internet, hope that answers your question, have a great day Mike.

  9. Hello Mike,
Well hoping u can help me in some way. I was convinced by someone to try through PLS………but as I couldn’t afford it,was told to try it out for free for 14 days and take it from there. So I enrolled myself and she tried helping me ..but it was not for me so I left it at that.
Today after 6 mths I’m checking my bank statement and I was do SHOCKED to know that PLS has been taking money from my account since 6 mths which I had no idea or was even aware of it.
I thought this was just 14 day free trail and I left it to that.i definitely did not give permission of any money to be taken from my account. Here I’m struggling to clear my previous debt being a single mom and to learn that I’m more in debt with 250 pounds is insane
Can u please refund my money or just give me something back. I would really appreciate it.

    1. Hi Meher sorry to hear you fell pray to the dreaded free trial offer. If you don’t read the fine print you can get yourself in a real pickle which sounds like that’s what happened. Most free trials are just a way of getting your credit info and then when the free trial is over you automatically get billed the going rate. In many cases it might be a $1 trial or a $7 trial for a certain time period and when that period expires you get dinged. I buy and review products all the time and in some cases I do trials and in many cases if the trial says 7 days or even 14 days I have been billed halfway through the trial and I have to fight to get my money back so you’re not alone.
Best way to get your money back Meher is just start emailing the Power Lead System and explain your issue and see what response that gets.
I am not affiliated with PLS nor do I endorse the PLS program so I don’t have anything to do with refunds for their program or I would be happy to help.
Anyone reading this comment if you do decide to try a program out read the fine print and if you can use PayPalI would suggest using them. I use PayPal when I try out programs and if I don’t get what was promised I put a hold on payment which triggers a complaint and for vendors having a complaint with PayPal isn’t a good thing. PayPal puts a lot of pressure on vendors I had one outfit email me literally with in minutes to solve my complaint they said they didn’t want any issues with Paypal and my complaint is creating problems with PayPal.
Meher if you still have difficulties getting your money back let me know and I will see what I can do to help, Good luck Mike.

  10. Hello Mike

To say that you wouldn’t recommend PLS is quite understandable when you are a member of WA – a competitor. Likewise, a member of PLS, wouldn’t recommend Wealthy Affiliate.

So although you have authored a well written review, it cannot be considered as fair, as you have another agenda, much the same as all the others, written by your WA contemporaries.

What you send around, comes around.

    1. Hi Gordon thanks for saying this was a well written review! I have given approved status to multiple programs or products on this site based on their merits, not just WA. My goal is to write objective reviews based on a programs attributes and defficincies which I feel is important to my readers looking at perspective programs. I can appreciate your attempts to get the PLS word out there but comparing a program like Wealthy Affiliate and PLS or any of the multitude of programs that have made my approved status is like comparing apples to oranges.
I will use WA because this is the program you mentioned,
WA offers a free membership, training on how to sell/promote any online merchants product with no requirement to make any purchase of that product, isn’t a recruitment based program and offers the most current and extensive training platform in affiliate marketing. WA has hundreds of thousands of members that are willing to help other members when and if you need help. Wealthy Affiliate has a massive forum, live chat options and 24/7 technical support plus direct access to the owners, just a few of many attributes I don’t see in PLS.
      Is Wealthy Affiliate perfect?
      Hell no!
But it’s the best I have come across for affiliate marketing training.
Have a good one Gordon, cheers Mike.

  11. Hey mike great review, I’ve used MCA before and wanted to know which is better? And is there any marketing programs similar that you’d recommend?
    Thanks again!

    1. Hey Antonio thanks for stopping by! When you refer to MCA is that Motor Club Of America? If your goal is to make real money online and keep your costs down I don’t recommend either PLS or MCA I actually did a review on MCA quite a while ago so I have some knowledge on their offering, man I don’t know how you could make any real moola with that one.
You should head over to a review I did on WA and just take a quick peak I put some actual members profiles that I have worked with and some of their posts on their progress to show people some results. One guy named Jesse that I worked with made over $14000 in 3 months in the fitness niche and he was just getting rolling. Jesse had very little time to work on his online business because he was in college but he still managed to make a nice income in a relatively short period of time. Just plucking away at his online business he was banging on the door of $2000 US a month for some time before he finally put a little more time in and started moving his income up. $14000 in 3 months isn’t even close to his sites potential but nothing to sneeze at. Jesse and I just used this same WordPress theme you see here and I walked him through getting set up in the fitness niche and he was off and running. If your interested in his story check it out HAVE A LOOK HERE!

  12. I got into power leads for a one-time $7 fee on the free side so no upgrades if I don’t want to. I only joined for the tools as I am just starting out and am on a low budget. for the training I joined WA about a month ago and am impressed with the support and the amount of training there.

    1. Hi John you are doing the right thing and keeping your costs low when you first start out many get caught up in buying tools and such when really you need nothing but a website, hosting and a keyword tool to get started making money online, even today that’s all I use to make money online.
Wealthy Affiliate has a great free starter course that I recommend anyone looking to make money online participates in. You learn all aspects of selling products online or promoting your own business. WA gives you two free websites and hosting and free access to a keyword tool so you don’t need anything at all to get an online business rolling. Best of luck Johnny, look me up in WA and I will lend you a hand when you need one, cheers Mike.

    1. Pure Leverage is also an MLM and does put a heavy emphasis on recruitment through the sale of their tool suite so I would consider the Power Lead System and Pure Leverage to be on par with each other.

  13. I was a member of this program back when it was in pre-launch and then after it launched. The suite alone was good but then they started adding high priced products in adjunct to the program and it was all about the money you could make–not the suite itself. It didn’t work as effectively as they promised for the price

  14. Hi Mike,

I used to follow Rob Fore quite closely and now just pop back from time to time to see what he’s up to.

Lately, it seems to be Power Lead system which is how I ended up on your review here to find out a little more about it.

You made my mind up for me when you said I’d be expected to pay for the privilege of promoting their products for them. Lol!

    No thanks.

Thank you for the warning Mike, I’ll be keeping my money safely in my pocket on this one.

    1. Hi Lee, yes from what I have seen Rob hops around a bit promoting different opportunities, that’s the thing about programs like PLS it really helps if you have the marketing background before you go into a program like the Power Lead Systems, thnks for the comment cheers Mike.

    2. Hi Gordon, I don’t expect that anyone in internet marketing would seriously consider buying into PLS for the tools! If you are using the PLS tool suite for internet marketing which I presume this is your focus I will ask you a question, Why use tools that are inferior, why not use for example industry leading products like Aweber, lead pages or Click funnels. The whole point of this article is to make you ask yourself whats your end goal by buying into PLS? If it’s for the tools you’re joining for the wrong reason there are better options out there as I touch on in the review.
If you’re joining to sell the tool suite you’re going to have a tough time especially if your selling to anyone working as a internet marketer, just my opinion from an internet marketers perspective. Hope that answers your question and maybe raises a few in the process, have a good one Gordon.

  15. I liked how you said to grab a bag of potato chips, that’s exactly what I did whilst reading this review of Power Lead System.

I’ll be honest, it didn’t really come across as something I want to get involved in. It sounds like a basic product that will have it’s benefits but I think like you say, hasn’t stood the test of time.

I guess it might be a worthy product for me to resell but yeah, don’t like the idea of paying money each month.

    Nice review 🙂

  16. Hello Mike,

Nice and informative review! Very straight to the point and I love it. This thing seems very shady to me. You need to be extremely cautious when joining MLM companies. There are some legit multi-level marketing opportunities, but the vast majority are just pyramid schemes…

    Greetings from Lithuania!

    1. Hi Julius, nice to speak with someone from Lithuania! Yes MLM’s opportunities vary in their offers. I am very reluctant to call anything a scam if it offers something for your money, which the Power Lead System does and it isn’t in my opinion a pyramid scheme, is it a program that I would recommend, no, but it has it’s up side and downside and my obligation is to show my readers what they are. Have a great day in beautiful Lithuania Julius, cheers Mike.

  17. Hi Mike,

Your website is now on my favorite list. You have something for everyone.

I like your post on affilitate marketing tips. I will be incorporating some of those tips into my site. It is nice to know there is someone on the internet that will give you ” nothing but the truth”.

I also appreciate the posts on websites and software scams.

Your website is well thought out and designed for easy reading. Thanks for helping people like me to gain additional truthful internet knowledge for succeeding online.

    1. Hi Tim thank you for your kind words, I am glad I can be of help and if you ever have any questions regarding internet marketing I a here to help, have a great day Mike.

  18. Enjoyed reading your content, the power lead system looks like a good product to make money online, but not sure if it’s a good fit for me. Mainly because I have always struggled with sales, marketing and promoting.
Think to join it’s not too expensive which is good and is perfect for anyone who likes MLM.
    Thanks for the information.

    1. Hi Jenny thank you for your comment. I think Power Lead System could be an online income generator if you have an internet marketing background going into their program. If you don’t have a solid background in generating traffic or building a website to promote a product then I feel it is just like any other MLM and your chances of making a living or a good income are less than optimum, have a great day Mike.

  19. Thanks for this review, I love reading about products and programs.

I agree that this sounds like another form of MLM program and that is everything I do not like

    I just run when i hear downline……

I have tried many MLM’s to date but I don’t have what you refer to as a strong internet marketing background which you are right in saying you do need to find success with programs like this, thankyou for your review.

    1. Hi Shawn, MLM’s in many cases don’t put an emphasis on training their members on the art of reaching the internet audience which in my opinion is a critical aspect in making a go of it in an MLM opportunity. You need to raech a broad audience to have the type of traffic that you can convert to sales, with out internet traffic you might as well go door to door and we all know how successful that would be!

  20. Hi there Mike,

Nice review thanks for that. I would avoid the business side of this program for the simple reason as it is an MLM product, nothing against MLM or the business model it offers, it just does not “sit” right with me, if you know what I mean.

Do you feel the tools they offer have any value to affiliate marketers?

    1. Hi Derek thank you for your thoughts on PLS. To answer your question do the tools offered by PLS have any value for affiliate marketers? What you need to understand is the real incentive to join the Power Lead System is to join as an affiliate and benefit from their recruitment incentive plan the tools they offer can be found in numerous places online without the hefty price tag that PLS charges. Lead capture pages, email marketing training etc are a dime a dozen on the internet. I personally wouldn’t join just for the tools but I also wouldn’t join and pay over $50 a month to sell PLS to others either. Affiliate marketers are used to getting payed for their services not paying someone to generate traffic for them, have a great day Mike.

  21. Really disappointed to find out that this product is actually based on an MLM system – suddenly has no worth to me whatsoever!
I thought from the title that it could be implemented into email marketing efforts – I own a list of over 6000 people! Obviously not though – a waste of time for any serious marketer!

    1. Hi Chris thank you for your comment. If you have a list over 6000 people you are way better off running your own email campaign than joining an MLM opportunity why add that layer when you don’t need to, have a great day Mike.

  22. Hi Mike.

Thanks for the review, it looks like you really researched the creators. You made a good point with the longevity factor. If power lead system focuses more on recruitment of other people to sell a product rather than selling the product itself, wouldn’t that lean it more towards a pyramid scheme than anything else?

    1. Hi Themainc, Thank you for your comment. Many like to review programs and are quick to throw on the scam or pyramid label. The Power lead System isn’t a scam or a pyramid type of offer it does offer a product for a price not one I recommend but a product nonetheless. In my opinion a pyramid scam is a program that is completely focused on internal revenue and if recruitment were to stop so would the program which happens way too often. PLS has a product and if they chose to could market that product on it’s own merit therefore I don’t see the Power Lead System as a pyramid scheme even though they do put a good portion of their efforts on recruitment. Have a great day Mike.

  23. I’ve never heard of this program before, but it certainly looks interesting.

While not an out and out scam, it does appear to be a little shady. I don’t’ doubt that you can make money here – but I agree with you, not a huge fan of buying the right to sell things.

Great review though, all the necessary information. I do like that you looked into the owners, the face of a company really does speak to how trustworthy and legitimate it is.

    1. Hi Steph thank you for leaving me your perspective on my Power lead system review, have a great day Mike.

  24. Hey Mike,

I like how you get to the facts within this Power Lead System review, please continue your reviews like this as I like the no fluff, no hype reviews.

I am not such a big fan of MLM at all. I prefer to do affiliate marketing since it is so rewarding and ethical for me.

Oh, by the way; I noticed that the 7 days free online training course link seems to be unavailable. I would like to check it out.

    Thanks again Mike.

    1. Thanks for taking the time to leave me your thoughts Jason I appreciate your support. The FREE course link is up and working again, had a malfunction at the junction, lol. This course I mention is the same course I started with online so I know it works and I also give free one on one support to participants and quite a few tips that I have aquired over the years, by all means check it out and ask as many questions as you like, cheers Mike.

  25. Hi Mike!
I got a frivolous (not having serious purpose) impression of their videos. They promise more than they can give, I thought, and not sign my interest. They drink and coughs during their presentations, and there are more bad examples of similar sites. Although there already backs to return.

    1. Thanks for taking the time ledge to leave a comment about the feeling you got from PLS’s sales video, have a great day, mike

    1. Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment Matt and I also like the old fashioned one on one conversation, have a great day Mike.

  26. Hello Mike,

Many internet marketers, advertise useless money making plans for the sole purpose of making money for themselves only. The hype used to make sales and leads for useless money making plans sound desperate, often begging and pleading for the so called “newbies” money. Making millions by misleading others with less experience is not what I consider a successful internet guru. Real success is measured by honesty and integrity.

The popular mailers, traffic exchanges and those that sale advertising can make a big difference and not sale hyped up misleading or scam advertising. Everyone working together can make a shift towards a better internet, sort of like a war against scams! LOL

Start by black listing one scam at a time. Terminology like internet guru, newbie, auto pilot money, cash bot system, make millions with a few simple clicks is old school . That type of terminology in advertising is a caution, warning people not to waste their time or money.

Internet marketers that write articles and reviews, for the main reason of being helpful to others is refreshing and rare. Thank you Mike Lambert for your honest review of the PLS. I hope the internet future will prosper with internet marketing specialist like you. PLS took me for 7$!

    Best Regards,

    1. Thank you for taking time to comment Donna it helps many that read my blog. Yes you’re absolutely right people searching online don’t really understand that it’s a real minefield on the Internet. I haven’t found an automatic or push button system yet that makes any significant amount of money without some type of marketing training. Yes you can make money online but you have to consider it a job and work at it there is no FREE ride. Thanks again Donna wish you all the best, cheers Mike.

    1. Sorry Randi I don’t do lists on this site you just have to check in now and again for the latest info, many sites build lists so they can send out offers which I don’t do, just info that I hope helps people avoid scams online, cheers Mike.

  27. Hi your review highlights some interesting points which have made take a harder look at the Power Lead System. The cost for me would be a deterrent.

    1. Thanks for leaving a comment Chuck, I mean it only makes sense that a program like Power Lead System needs to generate some good coin to pay for itself.

  28. Well I have use Power Leads and it is better to go in and use the tools. It pays for itself. I do it because it easy to make fast landing pages with email campaigns. I also use Get Response. Empower Network is way worse. I went all in I know.

    1. Thanks for the comment William, I am not sure paying the money to be part of the Power Lead System just to use tools that can be found independently on the Internet for much cheaper is the way to go, what about training and support? these are still main setbacks as I see the with the Power Lead System program, I do agree that The Empower Network is worse, cheers Mike.

    2. Hey Mike,

Can you elaborate on the “cheaper tools” that are available, that would replace Power Lead System?

      Thanks in advance!

    3. Hi Ian sorry I am late with a reply but your comment went to spam. If I were seriously looking at the Power Lead System just for their tools I might consider cutting out the middleman and go right to the source and that is Priceless Possibilities. This company is owned by Michael Price one of the principles in the PLS system. You can get what appears to be the same package for $29.97 a month but the nice thing is you get a 30 day free trial instead of the 7 day trial offered by PLS, also with Priceless Possibilities if you refer 3 people a month you get your services free. So if you don’t want to promote the PLS program then you might want to go right to Priceless Possibilities they say they guarantee results.
There is another program very similar to Power Lead System that has the same price point and virtually the same offering without the complex MLM structure, that outfit is called Zukul, they offer a done for you system, auto responder, lead generation, capture pages, these outfits are a dime a dozen and there’s a good reason why! You can read my Zukul review here, don’t take this as a Zukul endorsement, it’s not! Hope this info was helpful Ian.

    4. Hey Mike,

Thanks for the reply. Great to get your prospective on this. I’m one of the lowly internet marketing newbie’s, that is well aware of the huge gap between your skill level and mine. That’s why I appreciate when, an expert like yourself, is willing to help a newbie like me with his questions.

Thank again and I hope you don’t mine if I seek you out, for help in the future.

    5. Hi Ian I will be more than happy to give you my perspective on any product or program that I have knowledge of, best of luck Mike.
